Help with a build good enough for Dark Souls 3 on highest.

I'm looking to build a new PC and my budget is £300-£350. I would like to be able to run dark souls 3 on the highest settings and other then that i play counter-strike GO a lot.
If anyone can help me with pre builts, used ones or part lists i would greatly appreciate it.
