Haswell-E build or Skylake build Which is more future proof?

More future proof? nobody known, but both are the powerful PC, and either one will let you play the games or do something else for a while.
And recommend to change the PSU, like get the XFX one https://www.aria.co.uk/Products/Components/Power+Supplies/Modular+650W+or+less/XFX+XT+Series+600W+80+Plus+Bronze+Power+Supply?productId=65948 , because the CX is low-quality PSU.

Also get the higher speed RAM, like this http://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B00S51XHUQ/?tag=pcp0f-21
