After entering Windows 10 after some time I got andINTERNAL_POWER_ERROR. U wanted me to restart the system.so I did.After realizing that no video was seen on my monitor I opened up my pc case and heard a weird noise like a fan that wans to run but can't it went swoosh swoosh swoosh . After looking at all parts I have seen that the cpu fan is not running .gpu fan runs perfectly . And all other extra fans run perfectly too . I tried to reignite the fan by helping with my hands. It did work but failed again agfter short time .cpu fan not running no picture shown on monitor .alrhouggh connected to power . Can you help ?
