Thx For Your Answers But When I Showed My PC To An Expert He Said The My Mobo Is Not Supporting Zotac. So I Exchanged My Card With Asus Which Worked Fine.
On 2 GB of RAM? I'm surprised the thing runs, like at all. Power should be ok, CPU should be ok, I'm assuming you have a drive of some sort. My guess is you're over extending what little RAM you had left after boot with the extras drivers and services from the video card. At the very least, double your RAM (same brand/model/speed/timings) and that should help. Better yet, go buy an 8gig kit like this guy for $32. It even matches your motherboard.
