Solution
Seasonic is high quality and is available online in Israel-

They also have a Seasonic 620 watt unit you could use if you want a little extra power.

Yes it could! Guess what! Some Power supplies make strange noises, when you open a program. For example my Chieftec CTG 550W power supply is usually slient. But when I open the Sony Vegas, and switch the Preview to big screen, the PSU make some strange noise. But it takes about 6-12 sec, and then everythink is OK! Someone of my friends has an FSP Hexa 550W and when he open the Sims2 and switch the menus the PSU make very-very strange noises. If he go to settings it make 200 Hz sounds. If he goes to the Carrer menu it makes an other type of sound! It's really interesting. The PSU the whole time make sounds when you play with a game, or it's just about a few minutes?
