My brother accidentally changed my bios setting & now I don't know how to change it back

I don't see any option of reset there and the problem is even if i do reset somehow how will it effect my PC ? will i get <mod edit> up ? please help ? Board H170 Gigabyte (Processor) Intel I5 6600K 6th Gen

It in the motherboard manual, lookup CMOS battery, it will tell you how to take it out which in turn will reset the BIOS.

Don't worry about overclocking since you cannot do it
