I would try and see if you could get your hands on some case speakers, under 5 bucks on amazon or newegg, and see what happens. If what you've done hasn't changed anything then I'm getting a bit worried about the mobo.

Ha thats funny I have one of those sitting in a box collecting dust, not to say that it is a bad mobo, it's pretty good I just don't have any use for it. Anyway, if there is power to everything but there is no video output, make sure the ram is seated properly by taking it out again and reseating it again. Your problem is symptomatic of there being no cpu or ram hooked up. Also, are you 100% sure, beyond any doubt, that none of those two parts are defective?

I'm pretty sure the 6450 will outperform the 760G chipset, they're both very shit, but one is still better than the other.

I want to roll back the clock here, when did this start to happen? Did anything happen to the pc before this problem occurred? Was it in the same condition from the last time you remember it working to the time when the problem started happening? Also, I hope you went through every single one of these steps before posting correct? It wasn't clear in your original post: http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/261145-31-perform-steps-posting-post-boot-video-problems
