So I tried to update my Gigabyte Gaming 3 z97 board today. I used the @bios utility, and downloaded the only option there. I'm pretty sure now that it was the wrong one, but I can't get the PC to post. It turns on, no bootloop, but no post. I've tried holding the power button to force bios recovery, but it didn't work. I've removed my GPU and cleared CMOS. Currently the PC is on but no display. I don't want to short the bios chip itself as I don't think I have very steady hands.
