Hello!

I recently attempted to build a gaming PC for the first time. Everything was going smoothly in the beginning, and then it all started to go down hill. I tested the motherboard before I plugged it into my case and it booted up fine, so I figured it was safe to go ahead and screw it down into my case. It booted up fine, once again, while in the case and I had installed Windows 10 from a flash drive and everything. I then installed a LAN driver, also from a flash drive, and even had google up and running! I continued to install my next driver, which was the audio driver, and it froze at 90%. I restarted the computer and it froze as soon as it got to the desktop, so I restarted again and it froze in the boot screen, and after that it never started up again. I tried to do everything I could think of to figure out the source of the issue, but ultimately came to the conclusion that it was my motherboard. I RMA'd it and received a brand new one, which didn't start upon the first attempt. I plugged in a motherboard speaker that I had ordered (the motherboard didn't come with one) and it booted into the BIOS. I restarted it without the speaker, because I was so confused, and it never started up again (with or without the speaker)! I've tried with one memory stick, no memory sticks, two memory sticks. I've tried with and without the graphics card, I've tried with an HDMI, DVI, VGA.

The motherboard will turn on, and the CPU fan and graphics card fans will spin, but nothing else will happen. They will spin for about 10 seconds, stop spinning for 3 seconds, and then start up again. The monitor doesn't react to anything and no BIOS or anything starts up. Twice it has ran for about 3 minutes, and then the motherboard speaker will start beeping quickly for about 15 seconds and then stop.

My specs:
CPU: AMD Athlon X4 860K 3.7GHz Quad-Core Processor
(stock cooler)
motherboard: Gigabyte GA-F2A88XM-D3H Micro ATX FM2+ Motherboard
memory: Team Elite 8GB (1 x 8GB) DDR3-1600 Memory
graphics card: EVGA GeForce GTX 950 2GB Superclocked+ ACX 2.0 Video Card
power supply: EVGA 600B 600W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply
storage: WD Blue 1TB Desktop Hard Disk Drive - 7200 RPM SATA 6 Gb/s 64MB Cache 3.5 Inch - WD10EZEX - OEM (haven't had this plugged in since the freezing started, originally installed Windows 10 on this)
case: Carbide Series® 100R Mid-Tower Case

So sorry for the long and unorganized post. This is my first ever post and in desperate need of help. Thank you so much in advance.

Memory for AMD Athlon X4 860K is DDR3-2133MHz. Motherboard uses dual channel memory. I suggest using a matched pair. Enable Extreme Memory Profile (X.M.P.) in BIOS.

G.SKILL Ares Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 2133 (PC3 17000) Desktop Memory Model F3-2133C10D-8GAB

You might try testing for defective memory with:

I would not recommend using memory: Team Elite 8GB (1 x 8GB) DDR3-1600 Memory

I'm sorry, I wasn't clear about that..I have 2 of the Team Elite sticks and I've tried with both, and one (as troubleshooting) and they are in the correct slots.
