Ok, so all of the sudden my computer started telling me my copy of Windows is not genuine, it says to make it genuine, so I press ask me later. Immediately after I move the cursor the screen goes black, but it seems the computer is still running. I can use my computer in safe mode but not the internet, it cannot find any connections, I tried installing the drivers for my graphics card, but AMD catalyst says 'load detection error'. I have no restore points saved, I tried to restore to factory settings and it tells me a key component is missing that is needed to do that. Can anyone help me out? Here are my system specs:
Windows 7 home edition 64bit
Amd 9370 CPU
Radeon R390 sapphire Nitro GPU
Coolmaster 1000watt PSU
Asus Crosshair V Formula-z mobo
Intel 125gb SSD
If there is anything else that will help out please let me know.

That system does not look like one that would have a factory reset, is it a pre-built one? If it's pre-built, contact the place you got it from. If it's not a pre-built system, it's very odd that you would have a restore to factory settings option, you'd have to do a bunch of custom work to get that to show up on a home built system.

You may have a virus since just not having the system activated will not cause issues with drivers.

You should not by-pass the Windows activation prompt, activate it, then you can update post with the other issues, exactly what happens and when.

Is your Windows copy legit? Some places that sell Windows license keys for cheap use stolen or otherwise illegally/against license policy obtained keys which might later be "banned" by Microsoft. You get a black screen in Windows if you use non genuine installation after the trial period, there is no driver fix for this. If your Windows license is valid contact Microsoft.

When you bought your laptop did it come with a COA - certificate of authenticity sticker. Since that COA sticker key is linked to Windows you use, if not then you would need to buy a fresh copy of Windows brand new sealed & reformat the whole laptop.

Try entering the COA key again to activate Windows if it says activated then the Windows COA key is legit if not then it might be a counterfeit key.
