please help me to overclock this old board

i have an old mobo and i just want to oc my q9650 from 3.0 to 3.6 but i just dont have cpu voltage control on my bios and when i just increase my fsb from 333 to 400 failure safe guard kicks in plz help i dont know what i have to change in order to oc
my mobo :
asrock g41m-vs3 r2.0
core2quad q9650 = 3.00
8(4x2 ddr3 1333 kingstone)
sapphire nitro r7 360 2gb ddr5

To access adjustable BIOS settings, in the BIOS click on the OC Tweaker tab, find Overclock Mode and set it to manual, save and exit the BIOS and when you re-enter the BIOS you can manually set any voltage, frequency, or timings, you desire to change.

You'll probably need to set CPU Voltage Control from Auto to Fixed voltage to input a manual voltage setting.

its just got no cpu voltage option in the bios and some ppl said they oc'd their cpu using the same mobo there is no option 4 cpu voltage

If you do not set the overclocking options to manual, the overclocking settings are not visible to you.

i did that and saved the when i re-entered the bios no new options appeared its just the same options

p.s 2 : there something called On demand clock modulation its on auto i dont know what is it

Overclock Mode is set to Auto in that picture, it has to be changed to manual.

yep i have it on manual i already did that its not my bios pic its from google i posted it 2 u so u could c the options in it

What else is available in the BIOS if you go down further in the page, either with slide bar or using down arrow

nothing else and some options spread spectrum and halt state thermal throttling . no excute memory and on demand clock modulation intel speed tech and btw i disabled all of this the thing is anything i change even 1 fsb the guard faliure boot kicks in and make all things to default again

and one important thing my ram is bus 1333 and i already set the jumber on the board (read the manual) but in cpuz it reads 500 mhz and in bios it reads ddr3 1000 mhz and if i try 2 change the dram frequency to 667 in bios its bsod at start up i dont know whats wrong but thats not my issue i just want 3.6 oc
