I bought The Division on steam. When I clicked play it opened Uplay and I activated the code on Uplay. I decided to refund it, and now in steam it says purchase instead of play. In uplay on my desktop it says play, but when I click play it links me to steam, but on my laptop it says download. If I was to download it again on my laptop, would I be able to play it even though I refunded it through steam?
