Custom Desktop Won't Post, No Lights, No Beeps, FANS DO SPIN UP

GPU: PowerColor R9 390

RAM: 8 GB Corsair HyperX Fury

Case: Antec 302

Motherboard: Gigabyte Z97 PC Mate

PSU: Seasonic G Series 650W Modular

SSD: Samsung 850 EVO

this is a desktop im building for my friend and it wont post, no LED, no beeps

we're fairly certain its not the case or the ssd

ive tried replacing the GPU/PSU/RAM with parts from my own personal system that have been confirmed to work

GPU: Sapphire 7850

PSU: Corsair CX500

RAM: Kingston HyperX Blu 8GB

still no post

the motherboard has already been replaced once, so we're fairly certain its not that

we've also tried moving around the RAM to different slots

please help

Did you plug in the cables to the right F_Panel ports? That could be a problem..

Look @ your motherboard instruction booklet, the only instruction booklet you should read in your entire life.

double and triple checked that the case to motherboard connections are correct

By the sounds of it you've already ran the usually suggested battery of tests; the only thing I can think of that is unmentioned is: did you test the CPU in a working system?
