Is this a good PC build? Is it all compatible? Is the motherboard good at overlocking?

Solution
Everything looks good but I'm just wondering if you will overclock? That psu is not going to handle overclocked components well...
Highly recommend swapping it for this:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817151118 it has 648w on the 12v rail. Its perfect for your system.
80+ Gold, Build quality is excellent, received a 9.8/10 from Jonnyguru. Highly recommend you swap it for the 600b. That EVGA 600B is not good quality at all. Not saying it's bad, just saying it will not last long with a 390 and 4790k... and if you are going to crossfire/sli, get this psu:

you wont regret choosing these power supplies as they have...

Well, I'm pretty new, as you can tell. Sure, I will read it. But, instead of you being rude you can at least answer my question instead of being non helpful. Thank you for wasting my time.

oh and the motherboard is very good at overclocking since it is a z97 board. It will have adequate VRMs to take care of the extra power :). That devils canyon cpu has so much potential, get a hyper 212 evo or even better go for water cooling, youll get some decent overclocks.
