Solid setup, personally I would go cheaper on the CPU but that's up to you. Also swap the GS psu to a G2 psu.

I think that it is a solid setup too. As Gingerbread pointed out, the EVGA G2 power supplies are much better than the GS units. I would also go for DDR4 2666 speed memory. You are all set to overclock the CPU, so why use slow ass memory with it?

Because whether you're running 3600MHz or 2133MHz RAM, gaming performance will be the same.

CPU clocks can affect performance but not always. For example Witcher 3 will not really benefit from CPU overclocking (assuming it's not bottlenecking the GPU), and GTA V will only benefit to the point where the GPU becomes the bottleneck. RAM on the other hand has been tested again and again and proven not to affect performance in games at all.
