How to change cpu pump speed on MSI 970 Gaming MB

Hi,
i have a new cpu cooler its the cooler master seidon v2, and the pump is going nuts so i want to lower the RPM on my msi 970 gaming mother board.
I searched on the internet and did not find anything. Its connected to my CPU fan header.
it runs at 2400 rpm (says in bios)

It is usual to let the pump run at max RPM. Cooling is adjusted by adjusting the speed of the radiator fans. There has been numerous instances of pump noise if the pump speed is adjusted. See your installation guide for details or look at the tech support pages for your cooler.

OK thanks ill try to change the rad fan and check the forums but the manual just says about warranty and stuff i read it all but thanks :)
