Hi there, I'm looking at ATX Motherboards for my work/game-station pc.

I would only ever need 4 Sata III ports.
1x SSD 120gb
2x 1TB HDD (I have one now but i may expand to an extra SSD or HDD)
1x Optical Drive.

i5 4460/i3 4170 (undesided)
HyperX Ram 1866 8gb
1TB WD Blue
120gb Sandisk V300 SSD
GTX 960 4gb
Aerocool Aero 800 Blue ATX
Optical Drive

I doubt I'll be SLI-ing but i might be good to get another 960 in the future for the future as, the newer the game the more resources it seems to use!

I barley game at the moment because of college work but i love bf4, gta5, fallout 4 and would love to have a capble computer to play them all on at high settings above or around 60fps @ 1080p.

My question is- which motherboard do i get? I wont be overclocking because i don't really need the extra performance.

The B85 board still has everything i need and is £10 cheaper. Than the other two boards. I won't be overclocking I've got a 4460 so no overclocking for me. My budget for a board is £65 maybe £70. Would the b85 board slow down my system compared to the other two boards?

Someone help me out?

Your 960 will be obsolete as hell by the time you'd still another card in. The B85 is an adequate chipset for what you are describing, as is the H97. Don't bother with the Z97 unless you can get a deal.

The games you mentioned are all more dependent on GPU than CPU though GTA can tax both.
