Looking for a mid range gpu

Hii! Am looking for a mid range graphics card for my motherboard asus p8h61 .. Ram : corsair vengeance 8gb .. Processor : i3

I had zotac nvidia gt 730 4gb ddr3 and Sapphire rt250 2gb ddr3 in mind .. But their reviews say that they are not that good for the latest and upcoming games ... Can't run gta5 even in lowest settings!

I can pull up my budget some ... Please suggest me what i should buy ! Thanks

GT 730 isnt exactly mid range its more low, low end. The minimum i'd suggest is a 750ti/r9 260x/r9 265/r9 360

R7 250 is actually ok, it will still be under the gtx 750ti for gaming. I would recommend a gtx 950,960 or r7260x r7 370 or r9 270
GPU under 100 USD will not perform good at all and is a waste of money.
Unless you are buying used.

Well gbk,

for latest and upcoming games minimum would be r9 380 or gtx 960 if you ask me. There are also r7 370 and gtx 950 but those cards are on the real edge of 1080P gaming today and probably wouldn't be my choice.

Yea I agree. The r9 380 and gtx 960 are the basic for gaming on 1080p and can still play on high ultra with no problem. As of last ten, the 7970 and the 770 or the 680 can still work
