Hi guys, first i would like to apologize for my english, being a french canadian i will try my best.

So i bought this computer from my brother. He never had issue with it but since i got it it simply refuses to run properly.

When i got it, it wouldn't boot. It would turn on for about a second, crash then loop every 5 seconds. I expected the power or reset button to be faulty. I unplugged the entire front panel except for the power button. I also tryed to put the power button on the reset switch. It seemed to work, but about an other later the pc crashed.

Now the pc randomly crash. About every hours or so. No message error. Every temperature seems fine, however speedfan says my CPU is at 117, but its pretty cold when i touch it. I ran some stress test and the pc wouldn't crash. It may crash when i play games but also when i am simply on facebook or surfing. Also sometimes when it crash, it won't reboot. It trys to but immediatly shut down, in a loop again. I have to turn off the PSU and wait a few second. I also noted that when it crash, one of my top fan and the LED won't turn on. I have to unplug it and replug it, then it's fixed.

Here are the thing that i tried: Unplugging one of the graphic card. Moving the graphic card to another pci-e slot. Cleaning and moving the ram. Re-applied the thermal paste on the CPU. Unplugged every wire and replugging them while doing cable management for any short. Unplugged everything i didnt need: 2nd graphic card, LED, Front panel and some USB. I ran a memtest86 for about 5 hours with no error found, also note it never crashed during the whole test. I did not reformat because the computer won't start, so that can't be the windows? I unplugged cd drive. I changed the keyboard and the mouse. I flashed and updated the bios. Every driver in the computer are up to date. I cleared the CMOS.
I really can't find it, i need your help guys.... here are the spec:

Corsair Obsidian 800d
I7-3930k sandy bridge
Corsair h100i watercooling
2x4gb 1866 patriot ram
Kingston 126gb SSD
p9x79 motherboard
Corsair 1150 modular PSU
2x gtx 580 msi twin frz (currently using one only for testing)

A screenshoot of the voltage of my PSU : http://i316.photobucket.com/albums/mm324/proacker/voltage%20ordi_zpsl9c6h5xg.jpg

Update: It keeps crashing this morning. I noticed that a little before it crash, my youtube video would ''lag'' but the image only, not the sound. It would lag for 2 second and be fine for 2 second in loop.

I took off every part. Cleaned everything. Redid entire cable management and e verything.

But i also noted one thing: The watercooling corsair h100i. It has a 3 pin wire and a molex coming out from it. The molex wire has a loose pins in it. I can totally take it off from the plastic holder. Can this cause me any issue?
