GPU buzzing before starting video games

Recently started playing an MMO called Blade and Soul which is probably the most tasking game on my GPU so far. I've been doing fine until recently when my GPU fans just stopped spinning. Went into the game and heard buzzing from the GPU but no fans spinning. I went to MSI Afterburner and made sure that my custom fan curve was set to apply on boot up. Now whenever I start up the game the fans or the gpu seem to make a very slight buzzing sound for a few seconds and then the fans start up just like normal as if nothing happened. Is there a problem? I assume the buzzing was from the fans trying to start up but something went wrong? My GPU doesn't do this with any other games that I played recently like Fallout 3 or LoL.

Sounds like coil whine. Still doesn't explain why it only happens in Blade and soul. Try running the game without the custom fan curve on.

My fans don't turn on at all without the custom fan curve. Was the reason I installed MSI afterburner just to fix that. However I tried running it without the custom fan curves, fans didn't turn on at all as expected and I shut off the game after the GPU hit 90 degrees.

Yeah and then it buzzes a tiny bit for like 2 seconds once I get into the game . After that the fans turn on and work fine.
