I have decided to upgrade parts of my current PC as follows i am gonna get

Intel i5 4590 3.3ghz
ASRock H97 PRO4

Now i wonder, do i need to upgrade my GPU, as the current one im using is really old HD Radeon 5770. First i should say that i am not looking to play those new SP games that have really high graphics settings. It would be used primary for streaming Blade and Soul, and CSGO LoL on occasion. So the question is do i need a new GPU only for that as Blade and Soul is a heavy CPU game, same as streaming? My budget is kinda low so i wonder if its worth getting only CPU/MOBO with bad GPU or should i wait month or two until i can adjust my budget and get GPU with that aswell?

Solution
GTX 960 has 128-bit bus so it limits its VRAM, so the 4GB version of GTX 960 is the same as the 2GB version - only in a few games it will be beneficial such as the latest Assassin's Screed and BO3.

You can get 4GB EVGA 960 for $190 so that is a good option.

There isn't much difference between the brands. Gigabyte G1 and Windforce, MSI Gaming Twin Frozr, EVGA ACX, Zotac AMP, Asus Strix have great cooling solutions. The single fan EVGA cards are good as well.

lik i said my budget is very low atm, so thats why i was wondering should i just wait until i get enough money to buy GPU with CPU and MOBO or is CPU/MOBO worth getting on pretty bad and old GPU? I have budget for GPU and PSU in around 100-150 USD

Yeah, you should use your 5770 (still an 'OK' card) until you have saved up to get a GTX 1070 or R9 490, when they are soon released. Most likely May-June 2016. Or a GTX 970 when the price begins to fall rapidly.

And what about PSU, Cooler? i read that stock cooler for this i5 is loud and getting aftermarket cooler might be a good way to go. was thinking since i plan on streaming that would put a lot of load onto CPU so getting Hyper 212 cooler wouldnt be a bad idea? also i dont plan to OC CPU.

Stock cooler for 4590 should be fine.

As for the PSU, I already recommended a good quality one from Seasonic.

If you want quietness, get the Cryorig H7 - better than 212 EVO.

I assume i dont need a bigger case, everthing should fit in the one i have i guess

Seasonic S12II, M12II Series, EVGA G2, GS, B2, P2, T2 Series, XFX TS Series, Antec Earthwatts Series, Antec Gamer Series, Corsair RM, RMi, RMx Series.

For other power supplies, you can refer to this PSU Tier list (Tier 1 and 2 recommended with Tier 3 being still decent PSUs):

Cryorig H7 is actually smaller than 212 EVO so if your case isn't a mini Tower or an HTPC, it should fit just fine.

I will probably end up getting 960 GTX eventually . thanks for all the help.

also is there a difference between all those GTX 960 cards. like i see there is MSI , GIGABYTE , EVGA, and if there is big difference which one would fit best in the setup i plan to have? and should i look for 2GB or 4GB card? im noob when it comes to hardware
