Bitcoin mining is not profitable with standard off the shelf parts (Except in regions with exceedingly cheap KW/h pricing for your utility company). Especially with a single old GPU.
Scrap the old machine or turn it into a media PC, but don't try to turn it into an always on bitcoin miner.
Good graphics cards in that price range are the R7 240 and the GT 730.
First of all thank you for your answer im not gonna make bitcoing mining it was example to pc run 7/24 game recommend gpu's are GeForce FX 5600 or ATI9500
Considering those cards are around 1% of the power of an R7 240 or GT 730, I think you may be overkilling this. What's your current CPU and motherboard for the machine? If you have integrated graphics you may not need a GPU for this. Many modern motherboards can push out more power than those requirements.

btw im gonna open 8-16 client 8-16 game will run same time
and i also watch like a said HD videos or movies
what about GT 710 1GB evga said its lowest power consumption card they producing ; Total Power Draw : 25 Watts
A GT 710 should be sufficient.
If you plan on running a full 16 clients at the same time as the videos, go with the original suggestion.
I'm not certain your CPU will be able to handle running 16 games at the same time effectively, I've never tried such a thing before.
