Bitcoin mining is not profitable with standard off the shelf parts (Except in regions with exceedingly cheap KW/h pricing for your utility company). Especially with a single old GPU.

Scrap the old machine or turn it into a media PC, but don't try to turn it into an always on bitcoin miner.

Good graphics cards in that price range are the R7 240 and the GT 730.

XFX historically offered a fanless R7 240 that was pretty good, only 30W of power draw, compared to 50W from the GT 730.

Considering those cards are around 1% of the power of an R7 240 or GT 730, I think you may be overkilling this. What's your current CPU and motherboard for the machine? If you have integrated graphics you may not need a GPU for this. Many modern motherboards can push out more power than those requirements.

You are not making much sense, can you elaborate more about your game?
24h game running isn't saying much, neither is 8-16 client, tell us the game, we'll tell you what you need.

A GT 710 should be sufficient.

If you plan on running a full 16 clients at the same time as the videos, go with the original suggestion.

I'm not certain your CPU will be able to handle running 16 games at the same time effectively, I've never tried such a thing before.

I am not sure you can have a lot of clients of that game, both your GPU and CPU would not suffice or is it not rendering any graphics just runs minimised?
