does Gigabyte GA-B150M-D3H Motherboard support Corsair Vengeance DDR4 8 GB (1 x 8 GB) PC DRAM (CMK8GX4M1A2400C14R)(Red) ram

That is the wrong memory for Gigabyte GA-B150M-D3H. If it does work it would not go over 2133MHz.

The motherboard supports:
Dual channel memory architecture
ŠŠ Support for DDR4 2133MHz memory modules

You should use a matched pair, not two singles of DDR4 2133MHz not DDR4 2400MHz.

which is better to use 2 4gb or one 8g ram.
