Are you asking for something that you can play PES 2016 and Far Cry 3 with? I'd suggest posting the resolution you wish to play them at and whether you want to use ultra settings or if you're fine with medium-high settings.

Motherboard- Gigabyte B85M-D3H
Processor- Intel i5 4440 series
RAM-4GB
Graphics card- Nvidia Gt210( it sucks I know)
My question is that can you suggest a graphics card within RS 6000(100$) which can run games like COD Battlefield Titanfall FIFA etc etc.

I'd suggest the Nvidia 730 GTX 2 GB 64 bit card and could play those games, depending on the resolution you are using.
