So i have a halfmann ares case, its a case with a psu mounted on top, and it can take a 120mm fan on front 2x 120mm on side and one 80mm on the back, right now i have it mounted with only a 80mm exhuast fan. So should i add the rest 120mm fans to the case, if so will it make it noticeably cooler?

It's up to you really, do your own research on the topic I would say. Airflow for cases is still kinda a heated debate so there is no right answer to this question. If it makes you feel better, you can buy the fans and put them in.

Tell us your build. Check your temps with CPUID HWMonitor or similar and report back. After that, we can give you some suggestions. Right now we're just walking around blindfolded in the dark. Yes, adding additional fans will make it cooler, but the question is does it need to be cooler and which parts are getting too hot?

Opinions on airflow really mean nothing if you only have one exhaust fan. You really need to have an intake fan as well.
I would install two 120mm fans up front and see how your temps look (even if they are acceptable now, lower ambient temps means slower fan speeds and quieter operation) Beyond that you would probably want a new case.

The build has an i3 6100 with stock cooler, a b150 mbazooka mobo, 2133mmhz ram hyperx ddr4 and a 750 ti should arrive anytime soon.
the i3 on idle is about 25-30 degrees and on load doing some rendering and playing it reaches 60-65 degrees
mobo temp is usually 28 degrees
all this measured with cpu id and msi command center app

So right now you have the PSU exhausting out the back plus one additional rear exhaust fan? I would add a front intake fan, though 65 degrees is well within the operating parameters for the i3. Your case will be quieter without top and side fans. The 750ti is not a particularly hot GPU.
