i play counter strike mostly but was wondering what other games i could play

I'm sorry, but a machine like this can handle it, but not be able to wing GTA.

I do not mean to be rude, but a 730 is not enough for games like GTA nowadays. If your looking to upgrade, try this:

I machine also has a far better upgrade path in terms of performance, so you could upgrade up to an i7-6700K! The GPU is great for 1080p. Try buying this if you are on a budget.

Honestly, if it's that tight of a budget I might suggest an AMD build in lieu of that i3. Yeah, more upgrade-ability in the terms of i3 to i5 to i7, but if OP is on that tight a budget, I wouldn't expect an i7 skylake any time soon. Worth mentioning that Devil's Canyon also operates better at a cheaper price than Skylake.
