Hi there! Whenever i turn my power supply on it makes a clicking noise, and i have no idea why. My pc still boots, and the temperature is fine for everything. Do i need a new one, or is there a fix to this?
Thanks.

Many units have a relay which shorts the NTC Thermistor to improve efficiency. An NTC thermistor is a small thing inside a PSU that protects against the large inrush of electrical current when a unit is turned on, and by the relay shorting it, it helps improve efficiency by removing the thermistor from the circuitry altogether. This "tick" noise is caused from this when a unit is turned on.

Of course knowing your PSU model is important, because for all we know it could be the fan or something.
