So this is my first build. I i really dont know much about oc, mobo chipsets, etc. I used part picker to see what would be compatible based on gpu, ram, and cpu. I have a air cooler and water cooler just to compare price vs effectiveness. Please comment changes, suggestions or anythin that can help me. Thanks so much!

Really like the case.
Water is good, air is good too but most popular air is based on price not effectiveness.
m.2 drives are ready for prime time.
3 TB base with sales to follow for more storage.

Unless you do something that benefits from moving large amounts of data quickly even for pretty much all games, you won't see a difference in performance. In my HTPC my boot times actually increased when I used one of the newer m.2 drives. So an 850 evo SSD will work just fine.

A couple of dollars on the RAM and a personal preference of manufacturer for the motherboard.
Your options vary with these little things like upping the PS wattage with a tier 1 pick and changing
your storage level.

It's about the choices you make given another opinion. I liked your MB for the dual m.2 option.
You could also just put in an intel 750 pci-e drive - I prefer fast boot drives and my budget atm
makes them smaller than I would like but that just means extra policing of the junk.

A computer should also be able to grow with you. You failed to mention what you want to be
able to do with the computer which would also help assessing bang for buck. That is a lot of
storage. I have to ask if you are going to be doing video. That's a monster of a GPU so is it
gaming or rendering? What's your monitor?

You're building a higher end machine. What's your actual budget?

It's a discussion not an answer, I learn as you do. My current machine is a budget build to
replace a dual xeon godbox that got zapped.
