I need to build my own above high gaming pc (Not ultra).
This is my first build and I have normal budget around $650 ..........Can't exceed it.

These are my components list......

Processor: Intel 4th Gen Core i5-4590 Haswell Quad Core 3.3GHz Processor
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA B85M-D3H Rev.1.1 Motherboard
GPU: Gigabyte Nvidia GeForce GTX 950 OC 2GB PCI-E Graphics Card
RAM Memory: G.Skill Sniper DDR3 1600MHz 8 GB (2 x 4 GB) DIMM
Optical Drive: LG Super Multi DVD ReWriter (R/W)
PSU: Armaggedon PSU 500 (Voltron 500)
Case: Cooler Master ATX / Micro-ATX Casing
Logitech Wireless Keyboard and Mouse
ViewSonic VA2046M-LED Flat Panel Monitor
Four Kazai medium speakers
Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit $ Windows 10 Pro Dual Boot

Will this be a good system?
Are there any kind of bottlenecks?
Can this play games such as Battlefield 5 on medium and GTA V on ultra settings?
Will this performs well?
I would like to know your suggestions about this build.
I can't spend more than $650:(

Thanks in Advance........................
