Hello experts of toms hardware.
I want to get a gtx 960 for my new pc
Was able to get great deals for a 4Gb palit and a 2gb Asus strix
I know the additional isn't that necessary for a gtx960 and would have saved the money if it was between price and vram
However, it is now between brands and vram
Would you guys recommend the reliability of an Asus card or the additional ram?

It's gonna have an i5 6500
8gb of cheap ram (cos I'm poor)
Stock cooling
What other specs should I include?

Would be playing at 1080p and have no intention to overclock anything

Solution
GTA V can use more than 2gb VRAM on the 960 @ 1080p and it causes stuttering. Ok it's easily fixed by dropping a few settings but games are just getting more and more VRAM hungry. I'd opt for 4gb but I'm sure 2gb will be fine as long as you are willing to drop settings should it ever cause an issue
