I've been pc gaming for a long time on my desktop, I've been upgrading constantly going from GPU to GPU, CPU to CPU, and I've gotten to the point where I want to be able to play the the games that I like, (skyrim, fallout 4, Borderlands 2, and so on) on the go with good frame rates on medium to high settings. I'm traveling a lot more and I'd love to be able to shout at Alduin in Mexico. My budget is $1000 flat, I can go up to that but not a cent over, and I'd like to be able to play all current triple-A titles at medium to high settings at 60 frames. Please be as detailed as you can and leave nothing out. This is quite important to me and I'd love to hear your responses.
