Hello everyone, i'm struggling with streaming considering i have to stream in a lower res and i can't have that many programs open or my OBS will crash. I mostly stream Hearthstone for now and i can't stream other gamer or i will lag or i can't even have Chrome open while streaming or will crash. Currently my CPU usage is around 80% so i decided to get a new computer. According to my research, these are my options so far:

Processor Intel Xeon E3-1220 v3 3.10GHz (3.5GHz Turbo) 8MB Box 239,9
Motherboard ASRock H97 Pro4 Intel H97 SK1150 97,9
Graphics Asus GeForce GTX750 TI PH 2GB GDDR5 142,9
Memories Corsair Vengeance 8GB DDR3 1600Mhz CAS10 1.5V 46,9
PSU Aerocool XPredator 650GM 80PLUS Gold Modular 80,9
Cooler Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo 35,9
Disk Intel 535 Series - SSD 2.5 SATA III 240GB 121,9
Total 813€

Processor Intel Core I7-4790K 4.0GHz (4.4GHz Turbo) 8MB BOX 363,9
Motherboard Msi Z97M-G43 Intel Z97 SK1150 102,9
Graphics Asus GeForce GTX750 TI PH 2GB GDDR5 142,9
Memories Corsair Vengeance DDR3 2x8GB 1866MHz CAS10 1.5V 85,9
PSU Aerocool XPredator 650GM 80PLUS Gold Modular 80,9
Cooler Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo 35,9
Disk Intel 535 Series - SSD 2.5 SATA III 240GB 121,9
Total 934,3€

Should i consider going for an i5 instead and not being too greedy? I just want to stream smoothly, with no lag, good def and in a way that i can have also a decent amount of programs and pluggins opened so as chrome. I hope my specs are all compatible and i accept any thoughts on it. The cheaper the better ofc :)
Thank you

yes it would be, system would only need roughly 300 watts. Bigger GPUs would make it need more but 950 is very power efficient.

Here's a list with sellers in Spain, probably as close as I can get to actual Portugal prices, or if Spain will deliver to you.
PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: Intel Core i7-4790K 4.0GHz Quad-Core Processor (€342.80 @ Amazon Espana)
Motherboard: MSI Z97 PC MATE ATX LGA1150 Motherboard (€95.00 @ Amazon Espana)
Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3-1600 Memory (€69.70 @ Amazon Espana)
Storage: Crucial BX200 480GB 2.5" Solid State Drive...
Which EU country specifically?

This is what I'd recommend to stream those games specifically, left out things like the case because those are usually personal preference:

(had to change PSU because of what was available in spain is different)

Hopefully prices aren't too different from Portugal's prices, but this is the hardware I'd recommend.

The PSU and the memories i can buy from amazon the rest ill buy in portugal, If kingston memories are similar to ripjaws ill buy here, if dont ill get ripjaws, the XFX PSU ill orded from amazon since here they cost around 120€. My only doubt here is the disk but i think ill stick with the 240gb for now and maybe upgrade later on.
Thoughts?

Yeah, Windows and those 4 games will use up probably like 120GBs or so, and most modern games are like 30-60GBs each.

thank for help. I switched a bit my specs after some research and after your thoughts. This is what i'm going to buy but im having second thoughts on the i7 due to is overated price so i picked the latest i5. Should i really get the i7 since its more 100€?

Processor Intel Core I5 6600K 3.5GHz (3.9GHz Turbo) 6MB BOX
Motherboard Msi H170M PRO-VDH Intel H170 SK1151
Graphics Msi GTX960 GAMING 4GB GDDR5 PCI-E
Memories G.Skill Ripjaws 4 Red DDR4 2x8GB 2133MHz CAS15
PSU Seasonic G-550 80PLUS Gold (Modular)
Disk SSD Crucial BX200 240GB

The i7 kinda helps alot with streaming/recording, because you can dedicate a full i3 to it (half of an i7 = an i3).
And there really isn't a ton of difference in performance between i3's and i5/7s in gaming when your GPU is strong enough.

An i5 can still stream and record, but you have to be more careful with your settings, as you have much less power to spare. An i7 is overkill for gaming alone, but the extra power makes the difference when you want to record 1080p 60fps.

The other option which is like a middle ground, is to get an Xeon e3-1231, which is basically an i7 without integrated graphics, so you can save some money on it and still get an i7's performance.

So xeon > than the latest gen i5 and similar to latest i7? it costs less 60€ than the i7 and more 70 than the i5
Need to check some reveiws on the i7 VS the Xeon but seems a good option. I need to switch Ram and board if i go that way. Ty for help. Ill post my feedback on it later

Right, so you're comparing them to the K versions, which are overclocked quite a lot. If you compare them with the locked non-k versions the difference is less, but you also primarily have to look at multicore speeds, because that's where it matters for streaming. It is a little worse than an i7, but it's also cheaper, and it's about 25% better than a i5 where it's more expensive.
