Hello everone.
My friend has a problem after installing new updates for Windows 8.1.
He selected to instal new updates and went to do something else and after instalation was done he restarted the computer but it failed to boot up and it turned off the pc. He tried to turn it on again but nothing boots up, computer is running 30sec, screen is black and nothing shows up and after those 30secs it shut downs.
Im going to try fix it at weekend but until that i would need every suggestion to do it.
First thing what i am going to do is to install windows 10 to usb and try to boot it and instal w10, because he doesnt have any windows cd. No idea if it gonna work, because the screen is always black.
Computer is barely 1 year old. Will post computer specs later. If anything is unclear ask.
