Possible bottleneck in my system?

Hi. A month ago i bought a new pc with these components:

Motherboard: Asus Maximus Ranger VIII
CPU: I5 6600k(overclocked to 4,4ghz)
GPU: MSI GTX 970 Twin Frozr(factory overclocked)
RAM: Hyper Fury 16GB
PSU: Corsair VS 650W

While playing GTA V online, my CPU usage is always at 100% and my GPU is always at 98% while driving/moving and at about 90% while standing still. Is this normal, Or does it indicate a bottleneck? I dont have any problems in game and my FPS is at 60-80, at most settins on very high(MSAAx2, Shadow and grass quality at high). Im just curious why my CPU is at a stable 100% load. Temperatures seems fine at about 60-65 with coolermaster EVO tx-3.

So, does this seem normal, or should my CPU usage be lower?

Thanks in advance.

That's like the best combination, max out GPU and CPU usage is ideal. If one was way lower than the other, than that's a bottleneck. What this tells you is that your CPU is able to push your GTX 970 to the limit. A potential bottleneck would be a seriously demanding game, where it's not spreading the load on all 4 threads, but is only using 1 or 2, I can't think of any other than simulators though.

Yes, what Suzuki said. There is no possible bottlenecking in your rig as both of the mentioned components are relevant to each other. Just monitor the usage amount and according to what you said they were, everything is alright.

Alright, thanks! Just read in some other posts that 100% CPU load was not optimal and would indicate a bottleneck, which i found odd with my components.
