I am having some issue with overclocking gpu sapphire r9 380x factory oc

My question is the stock memory factory oc is 1500mhz and doesnt overclock at all if i increase just to 10mhz after some time gaming it will black screen and hang why i cant overclock it maybe i need to mod the bios to raise the voltage of videoram but i cant fiind in the bios line of the ram voltage tryng to tweak with tonga reader bios ?

I got my power limit at the maximum possible (110). And I also have +87mV (didn't bother to try and find a lower voltage stable OC), +175 core and +450 memory.

Power limit is how much power it can draw, and 100% is the stock setting. So you are trying to OC with lower power draw than normal.
