Looking for highest quality power supply possible.

Price is probably not a problem as i have $200 and only need a 600-700w power supply, what is the highest quality possible power supply i could get? By quality i mean that it will last and has good safety features.

EVGA 650 P2 is very nice. Seasonic also makes some excellent supplies.
