Do I need liquid cooling for this graphics card?

Solution
Water cooling is really only necessary if you are overclocking. There are some large risks that come with water-cooling such as leaks. if your temperatures seem high then I would invest in some extra casefans and then think about water-cooling.
However just having enough case fans circulating air around the case should be enough.
0-25=low 25-70=Med 70-105= High 105 and above = DANGEROUS
