I have my GT 730 GPU, I'm going to upgrade my M/B so i thought MSI 970 will be great, and the Processor FX-6300 . Is there any problem with this combo??

Solution
The bottom line is that the GT 730 is not a gaming card. It's ok for low settings on most games, maybe medium on some light duty games, not much else. Mostly it's simply an upgrade from integrated graphics or for systems that have no graphics at all. It's very low end. It's not meant for gaming at all really, although like I said, it will work for very low demand games. Nothing is going to change that fact.

If you want to run modern games, any popular titles, at anything above the lowest settings, you're going to need a graphics card that is intended for gaming. Minimum I'd recommend, minimum, would be something like the Nvidia GTX 750 or 950, or 270x or 370 on the AMD side. That would probably give you medium-ish settings on most...

So what kind of power supply should i use ?
can i use zebronics 450W smps [20+4pin] , Because i already have that !

Well, I was hoping you weren't going to say something like that. Unfortunately, Zebronics is one of the very worst power supply brands out there. I'd HIGHLY suggest getting a different unit. What country are you in? Zebronics is a brand pretty well specific to the middle eastern countries and India, so I'm guessing you're somewhere near there or no?

Thank you DarkBreeze ! and one more thing

Will this combo do any good for extreme gaming??
i will be using Corsair Vengeance DDR3 4 GB memory

No, it's not going to do any good for extreme gaming. That GPU card is mostly a very low end, general purpose graphics card. It will probably game better than most integrated graphics, but it's never going to be considered "extreme" and is probably even below what most would consider entry level. You would need a MUCH higher end graphics card.

Also, while the FX-6300 still has some capability for gaming, especially if given a significant overclock, it's a three year old platform and is quickly losing its viability as a gaming CPU. It certainly will work well enough for now, probably better than any of the FM2+ APUs like the A10 or the Athlon X4 860k, but it's far behind any of the Intel CPUs at the i3 or higher range from the current or last generation.

Ok then lets forget about the extreme gaming , Will MSI 970, Fx 6300 and gt 730 work for 1600x900 res medium gaming and a little bit of after effects , Will they??

The whole thread is a bit confusing to me.
You wanna upgrade the mobo...does this mean you have already the FX6300 with some other mobo?
What is that some other mobo? Why you want to upgrade the modo?
Upgrading only the mobo will not add any performance gain. There is mostly almost no benefit from upgrading the mobo. If it is broken..well..that another story.
It is better to invest on a better GPU (eventually a new PSU), FX6300 is still ok.
Your GT730 is the main bottleneck almost on any new AAA games....yes...even on 1600x900...
Even going for GTX960 is already a massive boost.
How much is Rupee 20k? in € or USD?

Ok! This is the story, I had a mobo(which is now broken) So i want to buy a new mobo,
Since i'm buying a new one ,i cant use my old processor ,so i want to buy that to.
i googled and found > MSI 970 gaming mobo + AMD FX-6300 for my budget.
and the GPU! ,i already have ASUS Geforce GT 730 with me ,which means i dont want to buy a new one (because i bought it just before 2 months). And that's it ,i'm here to ask you bros that "Is MSI 970 + FX-6300 + GT 730 a good combo"
Or do i need to change anything "Except the GPU".
