Do i need Internet To Download Games From Steam?

Pls Read question Carefully Before Replying...its my Humble Request..you all of you...

I want to know How Steam works .?...How to get games From Steam ..?...If i buy Gta 5 from steam which is 65gb ...do i need have to download 65gb data using my internet?? I m worried help me plsss

While it won't remove the need to download each game, if you had a friend with the same game already downloaded, or that didn't have the same bandwidth limitations as you, you could use Steam's backup and restore feature to move the game from one machine to another. Each account that wants to play the game still needs to own a copy of it to be playable.

You can buy physical copies of games in some cases. Any updates since the games release will still need to be downloaded, and these can easily run in the GB range.

Steam is a digital distribution service. Yes if you buy a game from Steam you have to download it and yes if a game is 65GB then you have to download 65GB. How else would you get it?
