CPU Overclock Settings:
Base Clock: 100Mhz
Core Clock: 4.5Ghz
Core Voltage: 1.25V
Ring Ratio: 4.0Ghz

Nothing else was changed from default.

Ram OC Settings
Mhz OC: 1333Mhz ----> 1400Mhz

PC
CPU: Intel Pentium G3258
Ram: Kingston KVR 4x2GB
MOBO: MSI Z97Gaming 3
PSU: WideTech 750W 80+
GPU: MSI Gefore GTX 970 @1506Mhz
Storage: 3TB HDD Western Digital Red + Samsung 830 125GB SSD

Solution
Pull the battery on the motherboard for 30 seconds and replace.

There's also a button you can press to clear the CMOS:

Either of these procedures will bring it back to stock settings and allow you to boot normally again.

By battery do you mean the BIOS Time Battery that you can clearly see on the MOBO?

Cmos reset .
Should be labeled by the battery on the motherboard.
turn off power supply, press the start button on your case a couple times to drain capacitors.
Move jumper from pins 1-2 to 2-3 for 10 seconds or moer. Move back to 1-2 and boot computer.
The other option is to turn off power supply, push start a few times, then remove the battery for 10 seconds or more .
Replace battery and boot.
