hey i have a dell inspiron 5559 with amd intergrated graphics of 4gb but i cant play games because i donot have the amd catalyst control centre.I used to have the skylake catalyst control centre but it was clashing with amd graphics drivers so i deleted it.Where do i get acatalyst control centre suitable for my laptop

It's a Dell laptop so you should only download drivers from Dell.
There is no such thing as "Skylake Catalyst Control Centre". Catalyst Control Center is an AMD only product for discrete AMD graphic cards and *maybe* some laptop graphics. Typically, laptop manufacturers tweak the drivers to keep the graphics card from exceeding thermal and power limitations. This makes Catalyst Control Center useless and it's often omitted from laptop installations.
Just download your driver package from Dell. If your laptop only has an AMD R5 graphics solution, it's not meant for gaming anyway.
