Please bear with me since this is my first post here. Please let me know if I need to supply any other information regarding my issue.

Thank you in advance.

Since before the weekend my Asus UX31a notebook won't go online properly. Both the Ethernet and WiFi adapters seems to work fine (i.e. drivers installed and working). They show up in the device manager and under network connections. I can connect to wireless networks but only get "No Internet" (same on cable; connected - no Internet). Also, the only adapter showing up with ipconfig is the Bluetooth adapter.

I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling the drivers, resetting the IP stack (netsh...). Wanted to try a system restore but all restore points before KB3140741 was installed on March 23 are gone and that particular update cannot be rolled back.

This is how it looks:

Here are a few details about my setup (taken from the wlan report):

This is a pretty normal wireless session as it looks now:

Solution
Ok, so I managed to figure out that a faulty installation of Connectify Hotspot 2016 was the culprit. Didn't work reinstalling, but removing it entirely solved the problem.

Thank you for reading :)
