What to upgrade in my old PC

Hi,
my Pc is :
mb: gigabyte ga-m720-us3
cpu: amd athlon 64 x2 6000+ 3.0ghz
ram: 2gb (1+1) 667mhz
psu: asus 450W
hdd: seagate 750gb

what i should to replace in this pc ?

of course i will buy more ram. i think + 4gb, in total 6gb of ram will be enough.

i have only 100$.

With the age of your system, I don't really see anything worth upgrading. I would decide what you're going to use the system for primarily and go from there. Think of the money you would spend upgrading as a discount on a new build, even if that means saving up more money for awhile.

Gotta agree with @BadActor, not much you can do to upgrade an AM2 platform. Since you're replacing the system, a) are you looking for a simple upgrade, b) are you looking to use particular apps/play particular games that your current system can't currently handle, & c) what's your upgrade budget?

I play LoL, HoN, DotA and Heartstone.
and I have graphic card nvidia 730 2gb ddr5.

and for boot too. (how about an ssd)
