I dual booted my system, when i went back to only windows 7 i had to delete some partitions. Now im stuck with my main harddrive split in two parts: 278 (main, have 22gb left) and a 187 (unused empty partition).
Is there a way to submerge these. If not how do i backup all my files inc: Games configs, Settings, Drivers and my mining blocks.

In the area of Disk Management that has a deep blue bar running across the description of your HDD; right-click anywhere in that area and a menu of options should pop up. One of the options is "Extend Volume...". Select that option and then you can extend the drive's C:\ partition so that it encompasses all the unallocated disk-space that's to the right of the C:\ partition. So your 500 GB HDD will now contain a single partition comprising all the disk-space of that disk. Good luck.

If you're looking to "submerge" your partitions, your bathtub will do nicely.

Now if you want to "merge" your partitions, and the latter one is really empty as you say, you can do this from within Control Panel > Admin Tools > Computer Management > Disk Management. In there you should see both partitions, you can simply delete the second one, then expand the first one to fill it's space. Just be aware that anything on the latter one will be deleted when you erase the partition.

Well? We're breathlessly awaiting your response to the OP's latest post. Will we have to wait long?

It's to the right side.
(Idk)- C:/ - (idk) Unallocated space.
