I'm looking for help/best practice on adding an additional internet connection to an existing network.
The network contains 1 managed switch and two un-managed. Approximately 50 computers and printers, and VOIP. We currently have 100mbps coming into the building and I'm having a second 100mbps installed. This is being installed because on days of heavy usage (everyone on the phone, uploads, downloads and everyone working on their computers) we are finding substantial network slow downs. Appreciate any suggestions. Thank you in advance :)

You need a multi-WAN router, something like this -- http://www.linksys.com/us/p/P-LRT224/ . You would then set it up for load balancing across the two WAN links.
I would work with your ISP to see if they have any option to bond those to make it appear as 200m.

You are going to have some major issue trying to use both at the same time...mostly because they have different ip addresses. Pretty much the only way to get a stable installation is to somehow get certain users to use one connection and others the other connection. There is no simple way to do this that can guarantee both links are used effectively.

The main issue is that servers on the internet assume that a person is always coming from the same ip ....at least over a short period of time. If these ip change they get confused or assume it is hacking.

You may want to get some form of content filter. Generally on a work connection streaming video tends to be hard to have a valid business justification. If your router supports it or your ISP has logs maybe just seeing what your major traffic user is may help you reduce your utilization.
