Hello, I forgot to plug the 4+4 12V esp cable into the mobo and jumped the power pins. I realized what I did and shut off the psu and plugged it in. I jumped the pins again and I got a bios screen. Could I have harmed any components?

If your Mobo booted after plugging in the 4+4, you should be okay still. Computer components either work or they don't, or at least in my experience.
