My Computer Freezes Randomly & Frequently

Hello all, I am in a dire situation and seek assistance. My computer likes to lock up. Frequently. It freezes randomly, sometimes within 10 minutes, sometimes in 2 hours, sometimes it will run regularly. But the frequency at which it has been freezing has significantly increased in the last week. It all started about two weeks after I purchased a new Asus Strix 980 Ti video card. I first assumed it was my RAM because it is about 6 years old. I ran MemTest, tested all the rams for 12 hours and it had no errors to report. I then assumed it was the card, so I ran the FurMark stress tester. It seemed to work fine, no freezes or anything. I ran it for 30 minutes. I minimized it to send an email, then I got a BSOD soon after. SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION (Win32full) or something like that. After that, I decided to fill out an RMA on the card. I'll be shipping it out as soon as I get a response to this. I wanted to take out the card and run the computer and see if that would resolve the issue, but my motherboard does not have display output. I tried uninstalling the card through Device Manager, restarting, then running the computer, but it froze again while I was downloading games on Steam. I ran a CPU stress test last night with no issues for about half an hour, started to play games, then it froze while I was playing. It's really quite frustrating. I reinstalled Windows last night, started reinstalling my programs, then it froze again. I am defeated. Please, if there is some solution, let me know. Here is my build:
Asus Sabertooth 990FX R2.0
AMD FX9590
H100i GTX Liquid Cooler
Old Rams (don't know the name)
Asus Strix GTX 980ti
Kingston 120Gb SSD (OS)
Kingston 240gb SSD (Programs)
Seagate 3Tb HD (Storage, Programs)
Xion 1000W PSU (Also 6 years old)

By the way, my case is very clean and my tempuratures are good. Here's a screenshot of my computer's stuff when it froze last:

Can a power supply really cause the issues I'm having? I can understand the computer failing to start or shutting down, but everything continues running, just unresponsively.

I just got my replacement power supply and even got new ram, and I just froze up again. I'm taking out drives to see if that does anything.
Replacement Parts:
Corsair HXi 1000 PSU
G.Skill 1866 Wam

If anyone is still following this post, out of my whole system, I have so far replaced the power supply, ram, video card, and have taken out hard drives individually. None of these attempts fixed the issue and I have concluded it is either the motherboard or cpu. I have sent both in today and will return with either good or bad news.
