Hello! If you could be of any help in this matter, please do not hesitate to post your thoughts.
So, my friend recently (2 years ago) bought a pre-assembled computer from a legitimate big company here in Sweden. A computer, that was supposedly built to perform in games on a budget.
The problem he has run into, is his computer running very poorly. Not in any way unusual, however we (his friends) all feel like it is under-performing, given that he has the same graphics card as another friend of ours, and that he can run games with ALOT more performance (I'm using that word in lack of better ones). By performance I mean low FPS and stuttering
So, finally, the question I'm asking, is if I (we) could have some help in what hardware (or other solutions) he ought to replace or upgrade?
Graphics card: Gtx 760
Processor: AMD Athlon(tm) x4 760k Quad Core Processor 3.80GHz
Motherboard: GA-F2A78M-D3H
I am in no way trying to be lazy here and ask you to do the work for me, I am simply at a loss as I cannot provide enough information to him myself, and we are talking about possibly purchasing expensive equipment.
