Sabertooth x79 core I7 with 24 gigs ram.
Computer works all day and night, sleeps, wakes...

however when I turn it off it takes 10X to start up.

I see the pre boot SSD bit but no ASUS what ever logo.

No. overclock and no daily issues.

Big question is I think the save boot bull crap is having some issues with W7,.
But should it find the bios first? It wont find the bios many many times of powering down, unplugging, clearing bios, nothing helps then it decides to start after a long time.

Will W10 solve this?

There is something wrong about the hardware. 1) Try update the BIOS by using the USB bios flashback. More info https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JVvHwq3syqI 2) Try use the minimum hardware to boot the pc to see it acts the same or not, like one stick RAM, SSD, no add-on sound card, no other HDD, etc.

hi thanks will try but when it does boot it keeps going all day so wont hardware be pretty safe? I play fallout on high and edit videos with Vegas.
Stream audio hard core from Cubase audio editor, rock solid,

Coult the Bios not be able to find Windows 7? Could W10 fix this?

Also my boot drive is setup on the SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 and boots as "Un configured" Assumed because im not using RAID but

thank you
either way thank you and I will try to boot with just one stick of ram and a video card and HDD.
