I have an older workstation - Dell Precision 670.

Dell Precision 670's Power Supply: http://i.ebayimg.com/images/g/bVMAAOSw9r1V-0AE/s-l1600.jpg

Simulated PSU wattage: http://outervision.com/b/ziXe7d

-- The Motherboard has only a PCI Express 1.0 x16 lane, which supplies 60W max afaik and only lets the GPU to work at 95% of its potential but its okay since I will most probably use the PC for editing videos and light gaming.

The Cards: https://www.msi.com/Graphics-card/GTX-960-GAMING-4G-LE.html#hero-overview https://www.asus.com/Graphics-Cards/STRIX-GTX960-DC2-4GD5/

The thing is, I have only 1 x 6-pin connector and 2 x Molex connectors free. Asus Strix requires a 6-pin while the MSI one requires a 8-pin but comes with an adaptor from 6-pin to 8-pin. I don't know which one to get at this point I'd opt for the MSI one since I will get a new PC soon and I will use it in that one. Also, no, I can't upgrade the PSU. (Since its a server workstation) The PSU looks pretty decent though and should run both of these cards but at the same time I don't really want to damage them so I'm just making sure it's relatively okay.
